• Meta-assigned user ID and business-scoped IDs

This data is processed by Chatwoot (our internal open-source customer support platform hosted at our own server) solely to display the customer’s identity to our support agents. It is NEVER stored in any external database, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

• To identify customers in our support inbox (via Meta profile data)

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms (Section 4.a), we confirm:

• Meta Platform Data is used only to display customer identity within our internal helpdesk.
• Meta Platform Data is not used for advertising, profiling, or re-identification.
• Meta Platform Data is not transferred to or shared with any third party.
• We retain Meta user profile data only as long as the support conversation is active.
• Users may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting: contact@backpacker-eg.com

We maintain documentation of any public authority data requests and review the legality of such requests before responding.
